Premier Industrial Training Centre (PITC) has its own placement cell to arrange post examination engagement to the successful trainees. The cell takes expeditious steps to extend the following benefits.
- Apprenticeship Training in different Industrial/Companies/Establishment as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961 subject to allocation of seats by State Apprenticeship Advisor, Orissa.
- Cent percent job opportunities are provided to the deserving successful trainees.
- Campus interview arranged by different organizations to select trainees for appointment.
- Financial assistance from different organizations arranged to create self-employment opportunities for desrving passed out trainees, if they so desire.

• To arrange seminars on different subjects like “Employment Opportunities in the local Industrials” to provide useful career related guidance, knowledge for trainees.
• To contact personally various local industries for their man power requirements.
• To arrange “Self Employment Camps” to provide information of different self employment schemes of government to trainees.
• To provide newspapers, magazines (career guidance, general knowledge, motivation), employment news to trainees.
• To provide computer facilities to trainees for career related information.
• To provide internet facilities for job searching , on-line job registration, surfing for industrial information.
